- Not included: website troubleshooting, plugin/theme conflicts, layout issues, performance tuning, SEO, email setup/support, or custom code debugging.
- Updates are automatic: no per-plugin approval workflows. Rollbacks/restores are used when a site becomes unavailable.
- Backups are for disaster recovery: one restore per site per month is included; additional restores are $25 each.
- Migration requires DNS authority: main registrar admin + 2FA, or domain managed by us. No exceptions.
